Practice even finer with your banking app in DigiHandig
DigiHandig(opens in new window) has developed comprehensive practice lessons for the mobile apps of four major banks (ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank and SNS), in collaboration with the Accessible Banking programme(opens in new window) .

Users now have two choices:
- They choose a lesson on the specific mobile app of ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank or SNS;
- Or they engage in a general, bank-neutral lesson on mobile banking with a banking app.
Special trial apps
Many people find the step from practising to a real banking app too big. This is signalled by librarians and other helpers for people who do not yet use mobile banking. They therefore asked banks to create trial apps.
For ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank and SNS, trial apps have now been developed and added to DigiHandig. In such a trial app, you are not given any commands and can immediately look around freely, try out buttons and practice in a safe environment.
Those who want more step-by-step practice go to practice lessons with clear assignments, so-called ‘A/B/C lessons’.
All lessons are under the learning objective Mobile Banking in DigiHandig’s mobile app. At the top are the general practice lessons and below are the lessons for the specific banking apps of ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank and SNS.
Free and anonymous
Anyone who wants to become more handy with a smartphone or tablet can learn more about mobile banking and other skills such as planning routes, changing phone settings and much more in a safe environment with DigiHandig. All lessons are completely free, anonymous, on your own device and at your own pace.
