Annual Report 2025
In 2025, the Dutch Payments Association worked with its members to create an efficient, secure, reliable, and accessible system for payments. The year was marked by further collaboration within the sector, European legislation, and new developments surrounding instant payments, cash, eIDAS, and the Digital Mandate Service, among other topics.
Accessible Banking also took significant steps to make banking and payment services more accessible to consumers. The focus was on sustainable, local support and clear information for people who need extra help with their banking affairs.
