Dutch Finance Minister submits payment services and open finance proposals to European Commission

The European Commission recently concluded several public consultations on existing European legislation and regulations for payment services (PSD2) and open finance. On behalf of its members, the Dutch Payments Association also responded to these European consultations.

Drawing in part on our response and others, Finance Minister Kaag submitted documents to the European Commission containing Dutch proposals to revise the relevant legislation and regulations, known as non-papers.
