Revolut newest member Payments Association
Published on:
At the close of 2023, Betaalvereniging Nederland welcomed online bank Revolut as its newest member. Revolut started from England, opened a branch with an EU banking licence in Lithuania and now also has a branch in Amsterdam. As a result, Revolut can now provide Dutch IBANs to its customers.

“Revolut is a versatile bank with a strong focus on international payments and banking. By becoming a member of the Betaalvereniging, Revolut can, among other things, easily and smoothly participate in collective Dutch facilities in the payment system, such as the Overstapservice, agreements around the acceptance of payment cards and agreements around G-accounts,” said Francesco Aghemio of Revolut.
