PSD2 licence applications to DNB possible from 6 July 2018

From 6 July 2018, a payment service provider can submit a draft licence application to De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) for the provision of payment services under the new European Payment Services Directive, PSD2.
DNB will begin assessing such applications even though PSD2 legislation is not yet in force in the Netherlands.
