Dutch Payments Association Roadmap 2018–2020
Published on:
Payments in the Netherlands are efficient, reliable and secure. The Dutch Payments Association’s ambition is to maintain this high standard and improve it further wherever possible.

Changing customer needs, new payment providers, rapidly evolving technologies and the payment solutions based on them require active cooperation among all relevant parties.
Dynamism
The growing dynamism in Dutch payments calls for a multi-year roadmap. Our roadmap for 2018 to 2020 outlines our profile and the challenges and objectives for Dutch payments over the next three years. A clear and broadly supported roadmap helps us, our members and our stakeholders maintain shared objectives and a common vision for the collective, non-competitive aspects of payments.
