New bank account numbers Dutch Tax Administration
On May 1, 2026, the Dutch Tax Administration switched its primary bank from ING to Rabobank. As a result, the account numbers for its payments accounts have changed. The account number for Customs remains unchanged.

It is important for citizens and businesses to carefully check which account number is listed in the payment details when making payments to the Dutch Tax Administration. The most commonly used new account number is:
NL04 RABO 0200 1122 44
Both the old ING and the new Rabobank account numbers will remain active for one year. Payments made to the old account numbers will still be processed during this transition period.
Anyone who has set up a recurring transfer to the Dutch Tax Administration must update it to the new account number themselves. The correct account number is listed on payment notices or tax assessments.
More Dutch information and a list of valid account numbers are available on the Dutch Tax Administration’s websites:
For questions, individuals and businesses can contact the Dutch Tax Administration’s helpline at 0800 0543.
