Honor All Cards Rule. Rule for card schemes such as Mastercard and Visa for card acceptors (retailers). A retailer where customers can pay with a certain type of card from a card scheme must also accept all other card types from that same scheme. So if customers can pay in a store with a debit card from a certain card scheme, they must also be able to pay there with a credit card or prepaid card from that scheme.
