He succeeds Henk Brouwer, who has stepped down as a Board member. Earlier this year, Karin Kersten of ABN AMRO stepped down from the Board. He is now, among other roles, a professor at the University of Groningen, chair of LCH Group and Non-Executive Director at London Stock Exchange Group. At DNB, Lex Hoogduin was responsible for payments, among other things, and chaired the National Forum on the Payment System.
