Open banking allows a regulated third party, with the account holder\u2019s consent, to gain digital access to a payments account. This enables new payment initiation and account information services. The working group monitors relevant developments in legislation, industry initiatives, and operational and technical matters, helping to ensure the safe and reliable use of open
