On Monday 14 September, we held a webinar for our members to open the new meeting year. The presentation was hosted by Arlette Broex of De Nieuwe Knikkers . Together with her colleague Gertjan Rösken, she interviewed Inge van Dijk, the new Executive Director of Payments & Market Infrastructure at De Nederlandsche Bank. She also spoke with Piet Mallekoote about the SCA and Safe Banking projects, and with Gijs Boudewijn about developments in payments. Arlette also checked in with banks and payment institutions to find out how they were working and innovating now that most employees were doing everything online.
