Arjan Bol becomes new director of Payments Association Netherlands
The Board of Betaalvereniging Nederland on 12 December 2024 appointed Arjan Bol (53) as Managing Director from 1 April 2025. He succeeds Gijs Boudewijn (66), who will retire 30 May 2025, after a short induction period.

Arjan Bol has extensive experience in financial services in general and payments in particular. Among other things, he was previously responsible for payments at ING Netherlands and held various positions at Mastercard, including that of Country Manager Netherlands.
