Logging in to a health insurer with iDIN
As digital services increase, so does the need for certainty about the identities of online customers and users. Companies that offer their customers an easy, secure and reliable way to log in are gaining ground.

By logging in with iDIN using their own bank’s familiar login method, customers can confirm their identity online. The bank provides assurance about the customer’s identity because it verified the customer when the bank account was opened.
Health insurer ONVZ received feedback from policyholders who were dissatisfied with the existing login methods. They wanted a simple and user-friendly way to log in to MijnONVZ, the secure online environment for policyholders. Customers can now log in easily and securely using iDIN.
