Banks periodically provide Betaalvereniging Nederland with information on the availability of their systems for internet banking and mobile banking. We aggregate this data and report it as a national average.
Monthly availability by bank
Banks carry out maintenance on systems at night. Reporting on the availability of internet banking and mobile banking therefore only coversprime timehours between 7am and 1am:
- Prime time on work and Saturdays: from 7am to 1am
- Prime time on Sundays and public holidays: from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m.
